Far from the plain looking, Sho-Me Bubble Tea is not your run-of-the-mill, fireside sipping tea. Both non-alcoholic and non-carbonated, Sho-Me Bubble tea is a sweetened drink, although it contains far less sugar than a typical soft drink. The “bubble” refers to the foam created by shaking the freshly brewed tea with ice (the drink must always be shaken not stirred). And, there’s something else – one more ingredient that makes this drink distinctly scrumptious: Giant black tapioca balls!

That’s right! Sho-Me Bubble Tea got its slogan, “the drink that’s fun to eat,” from it’s signature tapioca balls, which add a one-of-kind, soft, chewy texture you won’t find anywhere else.
